Refund Policy

We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to assist and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Refunds also will not be granted If you simply decide not to use the product or buy the product accidentally.

 

Refund Demand:

Reach out to us via email or any other contact means demanding a refund. Make sure to provide sufficient details and proof regarding the issue that you’re facing about the product(s).

Product Assessment: After you’ve submitted your refund request, we’ll look through the issues and verify them.

Money-back: If all of the refund policies are met, we’ll refund you back with the full purchase amount within a few days.

 

We will not refund your purchase in the following situations:

 

No refund for the items after 14 days from the first purchase. 

Failed to provide sufficient information for the refund.

You changed your mind or found a better option.

The item did not meet your expectations – If the item works as described but this is not quite what you expected, we cannot provide a refund. Going through and asking the pre-sale questions will help you avoid this problem.

You bought an item by mistake – we cannot take responsibility for such cases and return your money, just like you cannot return the product.

You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item – our themes are successfully used by thousands of customers, many of them are complete beginners. We will gladly assist you to help you get around though. Learning something new is always fun.
